The documentary AT HEART is made up of seven episodes that can be watched separately, inspired by the themes of the silence, the invisible and light.

 

These themes are an ocean of intense moments, languages and symbols that are embodied in fragments of human life, animated by a new breath. Welcoming what these themes have to reveal is movements of pure attention.

 

If the rose garden and nature are quite present, if the improvised pen gliding across the sheet of paper is real, if the images of fiction and illustration anchor the film in a reality and an art of living, the words spoken by the four heroines are words that flow from the spirit. As a result, the characters are not important, only the heard mysterious music of their hearts.

 

Poetry pervades the film.

 

Spiritual initiation, experiences of universal love, transmission of new thoughts and hope shine through.

 

Yet this new documentary by Verissimus Films inspires for giving meaning to our fleeting existence.
